VIP Lounges

Madrid Airport offers its passengers the VIP lounges, ideal places to escape from the crowded and noisy departure terminals while waiting for the departure of their next flight.

As well as the tranquillity of a VIP lounge, comfortable seating, free refreshments and a good selection of alcoholic beverages in most lounges, you will also find plenty to keep you entertained and, in certain lounges, you will also find attached spaces to entertain the little ones. The lounges have toilets, showers, rest area and meeting room*, WiFi, beverage and catering service with food and menus for people with special diets, press and personalized information, television, and other VIP services.

Any passenger can book their stay in a lounge, capacity permitting. Please consult the access conditions for each lounge.

Passengers with Lounge Passes or loyalty cards such as Lounge Pass, Diners Club, Airport Angel, The Club Card, Nice Lounge, Priority Pass, etc. can also access the lounge. Children from 0 to 5 years old have free admission. Children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Plaza Mayor Lounge

This vip lounge can be found in the first floor (P1) boarding area of Terminal T4, within the shopping area. Reserved lounge for Schengen flight passengers. Plaza Mayor lounge offers catering, internet, fax- and photocopy services, press and information about scheduled flights.

Any passenger can book this lounge from US$37 (34€).

The maximum scheduled time of stay will be three (3) hours immediately before the scheduled departure time of the flight shown on the boarding pass of the users who access the VIP Lounges. In case of delays in the departure of flights, this period will be extended while the corresponding delay lasts.

Neptuno Lounge (Amnios)

Reserved lounge for Non-Schengen flight passengers. Neptuno lounge offers catering, press and books, free Wi-Fi, computer equipment, relaxation area, showers, information about scheduled flights and other services.

Access conditions

Any passenger can book now this lounge from US$38 (35€).
The maximum scheduled time of stay will be three (3) hours immediately before the scheduled departure time of the flight shown on the boarding pass of the users who access the VIP Lounges. In case of delays in the departure of flights, this period will be extended while the corresponding delay lasts.

Cibeles Lounge

Reserved lounge for Non-Schengen flight passengers. Cibeles lounge offers catering, press and books, free Wi-Fi, computer equipment, relaxation area, showers, left luggage office, terrace, information about scheduled flights and other services. It has an open outdoor area with a terrace where smoking is allowed.

Puerta de Alcalá Lounge

Reserved lounge for domestic and Schengen flights. Puerta de Alcalá lounge offers catering services, national and international press, free Wi-Fi, computer equipment, fax and printer, relaxation area, showers and left luggage office.

Puerta del Sol Lounge

Reserved lounge for domestic flights and Schengen passengers, with access for disabled people. Puerta de Sol lounge offers catering, press and books, information about scheduled flights. In adittion, it offers free Wi-Fi and internet access, telephone and fax, television and computers.

PREMIUM Lounge

This lounge offers VIP services for flights of all companies operating at the airport and in all terminals, for both domestic and international destinations. It has a separate boarding and arrival flow, with services including Fast Track, private parking, express baggage check-in, private security check, baggage reclaim and escort to the runway. 

IBERIA VIP Lounges

Iberia Airlines offers three VIP Lounges. They are located in terminal T4, in areas, which are exclusively for passenger use - boarding area.

Note: Smoking is not allowed inside the lounges, not even electronic cigarettes or vapes, but if you are looking for a place to smoke at the airport, there is an outdoor smoking area in the outdoor area of terminal T4. Cibeles Lounge has an an open outdoor area with a terrace where smoking is allowed.
