In addition to the traditional rooms at the airport’s AirRooms hotel, travelers now have the option of staying in the new GettSleep capsules (pods).
Madrid Airport has an elegant and modern day room service for hours, fully equipped to sleep or rest comfortably few hours while waiting for your flight departure time. This service is ideal for passengers in transit, passengers who want to sleep the night before their flight at the airport, or passengers arriving at the airport well in advance of the departure of their flight.

- The rooms are located in the public area of terminal T4, so passengers can also access them with their luggage if they have not yet checked in.
- If the passenger is in transit at the T4 or any other terminal, he must pass through Immigration and Customs controls to access the public area of the terminal T4. The inter-terminal shuttle bus can be reached within a five-minute walk from the hotel. Please check the transport between terminals.
- When calculating the time for which you want to reserve your room, consider the additional time needed to move between terminals (if necessary), check-in your baggage (if necessary), and pass through security checks to access the designated Boarding Area.

- Modalities: Overnight stay or Day Use (3 to 6 hours, available from 10:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.).

- Other additional services available such as Meet & Assist and Fast Track Services, luggage transport, ESTA visa (for trips to the USA), concierge, Business Corner (internet, telephone, fax, courier, photocopies), transfer, dry cleaner, personal shopper.
Private Rest Capsules GettSleep
The airport also offers travelers an ideal option to rest between flights: the new GettSleep sleeping cabins. These GettSleep rest areas – or “capsules” – are a practical and comfortable choice for those who wish to relax without leaving the terminal.
Located in the international transit area of Terminal T4S, they are perfect for passengers with very early flights or long layovers who prefer not to waste time traveling to other accommodations in the city.

Each GettSleep capsule is equipped with a comfortable bed, blankets, Wi-Fi connection, and other amenities designed to ensure a good rest, such as adjustable lighting, ventilation, and storage compartments. The space is efficiently designed to maximize comfort, offering privacy and tranquility.
Rates are affordable and flexible, as capsules can be booked by the hour or for an overnight stay. Guests can choose from three types of capsules according to their needs:

- Doble, o
- Single (available on both upper and lower levels).
Prices vary depending on the capsule type and duration of use, with short-stay rates (3–6 hours) starting from €45.
The area also includes restrooms and showers (with towels provided), a coworking zone with Wi-Fi and universal outlets, and a Coffee Corner with a bar and stools — ideal for those who prefer to relax or work before continuing their journey.
