Madrid Airport offers its users a left-luggage service to store their belongings for short or medium periods of time. Depending on the office, other services are offered to passengers, such as: document printing, photocopies, luggage transfers, etc. This service is offered by the Excess Baggage Company.

All the baggage stored at the left luggage office will be analysed by X-rays security scanners to make sure that it won't contain any potential risk objects.

*Each storage period exceeding 72 hours will be charged at the daily rate. The cost per day will be added to the already incurred cost of €30.

For pieces more than 210 cm. (width + long + height) , like surfboards, bicycles, etc.

Left luggage offices

There are three left luggage storage offices at Madrid airport. The storage offices have different schedules, see below their details.

Terminal T4 floor 0, Arrivals hall floor 0. Open from 5 a.m. to 23 p.m. 7 days a week.

Terminal T4 floor 0, Departures hall floor 0. Open from 7 a.m. to 22 p.m. 7 days a week.

Terminal T1 floor 0, Arrivals, in front of Baggage claim 2, in the garden area. Open from 5 a.m. to 23 p.m.

Terminal T2 floor 1, Arrivals hall, at 30 meters from the underground stop T1-T2-T3. Open from 8 a.m. to 20 p.m.
