History

In August 2012 IBERIA updated the program used in the kiosks to check in for the billing process more intuitive and fast. Through the barcode reader that owns the terminal is accessing data allowing passenger issuing boarding pass and luggage tags in just 30 seconds. Excess baggage can be paid by credit card without having to counter, further streamlining the billing process.
Its subsidiary Iberia Express, has now the Iberia short and medium distance flights, with peninsular and European destinations.
